drain the tank, remove the trim and carpet in the trunk, remove rear seats.then you can kinda make a hatch by cutting into the metal sheeting that's above the tank. voila, a hatchay to work on the tank from above. youll have to make brackets so you can place the hatch back in, i'd use tzus clips.
