Absolutely! Although it's not a simple as it sounds. It takes a LOT of riding to charge say a 12 v battery. Here is a link with lots of information for you.

Good Luck!
Depends on the voltage and amperage of the battery vs. the voltage and amperage required of the bicycle.
It is possible to make a battery with lemons. A lemon battery, using two or three lemons, can power a buzzer or a small digital clock. However, it would take thousands of lemons to power a bicycle or scooter and millions to power a car!
It is perfectly fine to charge a power wheel battery with a car charger. It is imperative that you make sure the charger is set to the same voltage as the power wheels battery though.
A battery that won't hold a charge has a dead cell and must be replaced. This is assuming there is not something on that is pulling power from the battery.
battery is loosing power, probably there is power thief
Dead cell in the battery or something is on pulling power from the battery.
charge the battery
12 hours
The APC battery backup is capable of storing a charge when the power is working. When there is a power outage, the stored charge is triggered, and can deliver a steady stream of power for a fixed amount of time.
You should charge the battery with the proper battery charger. The battery charger should list what types of batteries, voltages, and charge rates (amps) it is compatible with. Make sure this matches the information on the battery to be charged. Using the incorrect battery charger can cause battery explosion, leaking, or fire.
When it will not hold a charge nor take a charge it is defective. Of course something might be on pulling power from the battery. Any light or stuck relay. Disconnect the negative battery cable, charge the battery with a battery charger and let it sit overnight. The next day if the battery is still charged it is ok and you have something pulling power from the battery. If it ran down the battery has a dead cell and is defective.
no it cannot charge a computer. a phone battery does not have enough power to charge a computer. maybe it can it the phone battery has a bigger capacity than the computer (which is imposibble)
