I presume that you mean that you wish to collect unemployment because you were involuntarily separated from the military.
Discharge from the military, for any reason, does not qualify one for unemployment benefits in California (and, I'm pretty sure, nowhere else, either). Unemployment is a civilian system.
Now, you may qualify for assistance from programs under the various "Welfare" laws if you are unable to find a new job quickly. Disability claims must be filed through the Military, however.
If the question involves the impact that a OTH or BCD might have on future eligibility for unemployment in the civilian world (i.e. you took a civilian job, then were laid off): it is irrelevant. OTH/BCD and similar have no legal bearing in the civilian world - they will follow you around when applying for various military benefits and things, but they do not become part of your civilian legal record. That is, it's not like they're treated as a felony or other crime. They can't be used against you in the civilian legal or ordinary government benefits areas.
Can you collect unemployment with an other than honorable discharge from the navy
Yep.
Depending on the state as long as you are able to work and actively seeking employment yes.

If you worked for the military you can receive unemployment. You need a copy of your discharge papers to speed up the process. The government has to report the wages to the unemployment office, which can take a few weeks.
Yes, you can transfer your claim from one state to another.
Yes, you can collect unemployment insurance if you have worked in Hawaii but moved to California. Even if you think you do not have enough in Hawaii's unemployment insurance to collect. I worked in California all my life and was offered a job in Hawaii in October 2008. I worked until March 2009 and then tried to collect while i lived in Hawaii. I was denied befits in Hawaii in March 2009, so I moved back to California and could not find work so i collected unemployment in California. It was a knowledgeable person in California EDD that recommended that i file in Hawaii versus California because of the amount i would collect there was a lot more than i collected here. I told them I was denied benefits over there because i did not work long enough over there (hence; i did not put enough money in Hawaii's Kitty) So California's EDD said they would transfer what I put in California's unemployment insurance to Hawaii's unemployment insurance, then that would make me eligible to collect.
You can collect unemployment after state disability if you are healthy enough to return to work, and your employer terminated your employment during your disability. The termination can not be related to your job performance.
No. You can only collect from the "liable state" which the employer pays unemployment taxes to, which in your case is California.
Yes, if you qualify under the laws of California. It falls under the interstate unemployment benefits agreement that the states are signed up with.
Yes, (at least in California) there is a special unemployment form to be filled out if you have worked for the federal government but after that, the process proceeds as usual.,
yes. nannies can actually collect unemployment
Yes. If you had worked in Utah and qualified for your unemployment there, you can move to another state and collect unemployment benefits from Utah as long as you complied with Utah's requirements. It is an interstate agreement that is allowed.
