I am not sure how easy that would be. I believe Cricket is a CDMA carrier, which means it cannot use SIM cards. This means you can't just buy a SIM card, stick it into the phone and use it's EDGE network. I do not think the iPhone can run Cricket unless they make a contract with Apple (which is unlikely).
