No. The turkey's internal temperature has to be high enough in order for the meat to be properly cooked and for the bacteria to be killed. If you cook it for three hours when it is supposed to be cooked for four hours, the temperature won't be high enough yet to kill bacteria or thoroughly cook the meat. Once it goes into the refrigerator, it will become cold again, and the oven won't heat it enough to finish the job in one hour the next day. It's best to cook the turkey fully the day you wish to serve it. After you carve it, you can save the leftovers in the refrigerator and warm them up a little at a time.
