If you are already severely underweight, you might push yourself over (or under!) the limit of what your body can stand. If you are overweight, it's highly unlikely.

Indeed. that's an absolutely ridiculous low amount. It's not a diet, that's starvation. Nothing good will come of it. Any weight lost will go right back on as soon as you go off this diet, which will be pretty darn fast as this is way below subsistence level. It's like 1/30 of a really strict diet.
