After you download the .mp3 file you can attempt to change its file extension by renaming it. Right click the file, select rename, and at the end change it to a .mp4. This does work for some files but not all so always keep a backup of the original file in case of any damage.
If you have Windows Media Player, you can Rip songs from CDs onto your computer without taking the songs off the CD. It basically copies the song. Then after that, you can put the songs onto IPODs, MP3 players, and so on. But downloading songs for free off the internet is illegal. But there are some site that you can do it legally. Go to www.riaa.com and click on "Legal Music Sites".
Basically, MP3 is an audio file format, MP4 is a video file format. You can download movies onto a MP4 player and watch them back.
No that's why it's called an MP3 player...
There are a number of websites that allow one to get free downloads of MP3 player. One can get them from the 'mp3' website. One can also get free downloads from 'BearShare'.
Unfortunately, there isn't a way of converting it unless you buy a MP4.
An MP3 is one of the most common sound file formats currently used in digital music devices. Similarly, an MP4 is a video file format. An MP4 player generally supports both MP3 and MP4 formats, meaning that it can play both music and video. An MP3 player, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer of the device, generally does not support the MP4 format or other video formats.

Depends what mp4 player do you have?
You can by downloading an app on your PC/laptop then plugging your mp4 into it and downloading on your mp4. (it wont work if you have an mp3 it must be mp4)
