i believe you cannot get music into the PS2 itself, if that's what you were asking

it does not have a harddrive to store any information on it, all it has is the power to run the disc in the tray, and save a small amount of data on the memory card, the 360 and PS3 do have harddrives, and they can store music

Yes you can how I did it was I took a disc with music on it put it into the ps3 and went to music and it should say theres a disk in it and click on it then go to the song you want to download click triangle and click on like obtain or copy or something.
