there seems to be some concern about the effects of caffeine in tea, however a few cups of tea per day should not pose any serious risk as the caffeine content of tea is low. After all just breathing the air while pregnant is not advisable in most major city's.

∙ 15y agoWhile pregnant, you can drink up to two cups of white or green tea a day. In fact, white tea has even less caffeine than green so it is probably ok to drink up to 3 or 4 cups of white tea a day. That would be the max dose of caffeine in one day.

All blends HAVE caffeine. Matcha Green Tea actually contains 1/2 the caffeine of a cup of coffee.
The other effects of green tea on your system, I think, would not have an unhealthy impact on your pregnancy but always check with your doctor if you are unsure.

∙ 15y agoyes you can but too much is bad ecause caffeine is located in the product so drink little tea when you are pregnant. Also drinking tea for a cause like when you are cold isn't an excuse
