no not unless you want to get sick
up to several weeks...You will KNOW a bad egg when you come across it. When eggs are packaged you don't know they exact date upon which they were laid, so some may stay fresh longer than others. When cooking eggs crack them one at a time into a separate bowl in case you get a bad one. You will KNOW when you crack open the egg if it is ok or not. You will know immediately because if it is rotten it will smell horrible and it will look unusual. I do not advise eating food after the expiration date, but with eggs you have a little flexibility and you will have zero doubt.
I have done it many times without ill effect. The expiration date is set by humans, and the eggs don't know anything about it. There are, of course, limits to how long they will remain edible. If you go by the color and smell, you can use your own judgment, but it is better not to risk becoming sick if there is any doubt.
Shake the egg, and if you can hear it rattling, don't eat it as it's probarbly rotten and gone off. Otherwise, its ok to eat it
yes but to check if they are off then place in a bowl of water and observe if they float if they do then they are off so dont eat them
for other circumstances yes, like in the Philippines, in Bulacan City, rotten eggs can be cooked as soup or other delicacies....
hope this helped much
It is highly suggested you don't, but feel free if you are willing to get sick.
I wouldn't recommend eating eggs that are 6 months past the expiration. The quality is likely pretty bad.
no not unless you want to get sick
Can you use eggs after the expiration date?
Yes
You can eat it 30 days after the expiration date is. No more!!
No
Because creamed peas contain dairy I would not suggest consuming them beyond the expiration date
yeah but it would be...ew
If they were frozen before the expiration date, there shouldn't be a problem. If they have been in the refrigerator, toss them.
It will probable be totally unpalatable but it will likely poison you if you try to eat it.
The exp. date is assuming they are kept frozen & is valid.
No, you'd probably get sick if you did. Is that a joke?
Possibly, but it is not worth the risk. Cheese tends to develop mold after it reaches the expiration date, and the mold is not always easily visible. The manufacturers put the expiration dates on foods for the safety of consumers, so please, don't ever eat any food past the expiration date - it simply is not worth the risk. Food borne illnesses kill many people in the US every year.
yes as long as its email spam
