I am on the HCG diet and lost 9 lbs in 9 days. I am on day 14 and I even gained a pound. I couldn't understand why since I have been very strict....I just read the label on my box of frozen chicken...and guess what ...corn starch!! and glucose solids!! so 2 things starch and sugar that I am supposed to avoid!! So I say no to frozen chicken!!
