The anticoagulant effects of coumadin may be decreased if taken with foods rich in vitamin K. Vitamin E may increase warfarin effect. Cranberry juice may increase warfarin effect, but pineapple has no effect on coumadin.

My dentist asked if I had been eating pineapple I said yes a small, I mean small piece, He advised not to as it can seriously effect your INR

Yes, as long as it is in small amount and on a regular basis. If there is no excess, there is no problem with food and coumadin.
