It depends which kind of tortilla we're talking about.
If you mean a Mexican tortilla (meaning a soft flatbread made of corn meal or wheat), the answer is no. If you're craving those during Passover, our family makes a Pesadic version by rolling cheese and vegetables up into a carefully soaked matzah.
If, however, you meant a Spanish tortilla (meaning an omelet with potatoes and cheese ) then yes! We often make these ourselves during Passover.
