You can exfoliate after tanning however it is recommended that you exfoliate before tanning. First, it removes dead skin cells which not only reflect light but also can not tan. Second it increases your circulation and tanning requires UVA + UVB (both found in the lamps) and oxygen. Increasing oxygen levels increases your tanning ability. Also, if you are using a lotion with DHA bronzer or a color guide then exfoliating right after tanning can halt the effects. Waiting about 4 hours after application allows you get the full results out of your lotion. So it is not recommended that you exfoliate right after tanning but it won't hurt you.
You can get a spray tan without shaving your legs beforehand. It is recommended that you shave first, because if you shave afterwards you will exfoliate the layer of skin that has the tan on it. The tan will not last as long or stay as even.
LOL, no, not unless you are shaving the skin clean off your face along with the whiskers. You should probably stop before you get that deep! Phil
dont be so stupid! whoever told you, you can shave off your suntan is ridiculoous! freakin idiot!
That is your choice.
Every guy does it
no because all you are doing when you tan is darken the top layer of your epidermis so if you shave it wears off and in time it will wear off so no there is no permanent tan...
Yes, but you should wait until after your initial shower from your spray tan appointment. You should also keep in mind that spray tanning is not a sun protectant and you will tan/burn just as you would before the spray tan.
yes but you have to watch you do not get too close to the skin.
It depends on the local standards at the school. I would say in general men and boys who need to shave should. Maybe 1 day of stubble is OK. Women and girls have the choice to shave legs/armpits or not.

Of course! In fact, you should tan because it is said that having a tan makes you look better. Just make sure to use a light sunscreen to prevent from burning.
