It depends upon the seriousness of the offense you're wanted for. If the warrant is entered into the nationwide system you will eventually be arrested for it no matter where you are.
If the judge wants you badly enough you can be extradited.
You should just 'person-up' and take care of the warrant. Otherwise you can go to jail at any moment.
There is no statute of Limitations on warrants in any state, but if the Statute of Limitations for the crime has already expired, even though you will be picked up on the warrant, it will be thrown out once you get to court.
If you are issued a subpeona, yes. You can.
not unless its a federal warrant. They can not. Added; If it is a felony warrant - and the subjects address in PA is known to the NJ police, they can advise the PA police to pick this person up and hold him for extradition back to NJ.
Confirmation by law enforcement of the validity of out of state warrant -- arrest -- initial court appearance & presentment of facts to the court of existence of out of state warrant -- notification of PA authorities -- return notification from PA that they will insititute extradtiion -- arrestee held in County Jail awaiting arrival of Governor's Warrant and the arrival of PA authorities -- removal to PA.
How long will it take to get my PA refund if I filed electronically and it was to be deposited directly in my bank?
Contact the court or your local police department.
There is no "reciprocity" other than extradition between TN and PA or any other states. If there is an arrest warrant in State X and the person wanted is in State Y, X has to ask Y to allow them to come in to Y to retrieve the prisoner. This request will not be made unless the authorities in X are willing to spend the money to send officers to Y to escort the prisoner back to X. The process of bringing the prisoner from one state to the other is called "extradition."
yes they can arrest you right then and there and * and transproted back to the state the warrant was issued

PA will probably issue a warrant for your arrest and notify TX to suspend your license.
It depends on what the officer wants to do that stops you. He can take you to jail and hold you until PA decides what to do.
