∙ 13y agoHonestly, the chances of that happening are incredibly low. Unless the person who takes xanax had powdered the drug and rubbed it all over their lips, or kept the pill in their mouth, the oral exchange of residual therapeutic xanax is not likely to show a positive on drug test.
