First answer: Yes, they can but don't let them eat too many or they get diarrhea and die. If the rabbit is pregnant, then give them about every two or three days.

More information:

Sprouts tend to be high in protein and calcium, and most grown pet rabbits don't need much protein or calcium -- and too much can be seriously unhealthy.

For a healthy adult rabbit, a small handful of sprouts every once in a while, as part of the daily salad, is probably fine.

Juvenile bunnies, nursing and pregnant bunnies, and in some other cases, rabbits need more calcium and protein. These bunnies can have sprouts more frequently. Talk to your vet! See the related questions below for links!

If a rabbit isn't used to fresh food, start with small amounts and slowly work up to full portion sizes. Sudden changes in food can cause diarrhea and other problems. Baby rabbits with diarrhea are in life-threatening danger. Bring them to a vet immediately.

Somethings you may want to avoid feeding your pet is things like, large amounts of cabbage and potatoes. These could make your guinea pig very sick.

kale, spinach and mustard greens are high in oxalates so their feeding should be limited to 3 meals per week. other then that safe to eat if introduced over time.
