Yes. A party to a dispute is fundamentally entitled to represent himself in any court or forum. As such, a motion can be filed in person. It is highly inadvisable though and one must be cautioned against this. He who represents himself has an idiot for a client.

If you want to do it yourself then you need to visit the law library at the courthouse and ask the librarian to point out some books that explain the rules about filing motions in civil court.

An order cannot be entered on the behalf of one of the parties without them making SOME kind of motion precipitating it, either in writing or orally in open court.

UNLESS - the order you refer to emanates from the judge himself in the form of a 'finding.' The court can issue an order regarding the case without necessarily receiving a request to do so from either party.

A divorce can be filed without a divorce lawyer but as court procedure is complicated one has to visit the court every date leaving behind his work. So appointing a lawyer is a very good option as the lawyers are also well versed with law and the procedure in court. I recommend Siddharth shah and associates as they are very prompt and efficient and also charge a very reasonable fee. One can connect to them on 093222 86663.

Yes, but it can be a very lengthy and hectic procedure. As lawyers are well versed with the court procedure they can do most of the process at ease. So I shall suggest to appoint a lawyer. And If anyone needs a lawyer I say Siddhartha Shah & Associates to be one of the best divorce lawyers and if required one can call them on 093222 86663 for further inquiry.

Yes, but if you ARE represented by counsel the court will likely not entertain any motion filed directly by you, it must be filed via your attorney.
