Can you fix a 93 GMC safari AWD with three bolts sheered at the block on the driver's side without removing the motor or the front axle?

Which three bolts are sheared off?? If nothing else, I would get a left handed drill bit that is slightly smaller than the bolts and drill them out. As the drill bit bites into the bolt, it is trying to turn it out. You will need to use a center punch to make a ding in the center of the sheared off bolts to make sure that the drill bit doesn't wander. If you are able to drill all the way down without the bolt coming out, get a tap and die set and then tap out the hole and put a slightly larger bolt in it. I am pretty sure Discount Auto Parts and Pep boys have a tool loaner program so you won't have to buy a tap and die set.
