A driving licence allows you to drive cars and other road vehicles it does not allow you to fly an aircraft. You would need a pilots licence in order to fly to Scotland from England or you could just buy a plane ticket and someone else will fly you there.
Only if it is a photo-card licence but check with the airline to be absolutely certain.
New style photo drivers licence would be acceptable for the purposes of airport security, however you should check with your airline for their list of approved ID.
Theoretically yes with a photocard licence, but you should check with the airline that you intend to use.
If it has a photo id on it.
yes if u have a rocket hahaha....
Different airlines have different rules so check with the airline that you intend to fly with. The easiest way is to travel by train.
hi there can i use my driving lience to fly from Glasgow to coventry
Your destination is irrelevant. It's your starting point that is important. Check with the airline that you intend to fly with as they all have different rules. As a general rule a passport and not a driving license would be necessary to fly into Scotland. It still depends on your starting point. If that is within Europe, you may not need a passport. As I said, check with the airline that you intend to fly with.
yes
No, unless they fly in to Scotland from outside the UK.British and Irish citizens (but not British "nationals" from Hong Kong or other places overseas) can fly within the British Isles with a photocard driving licence.Other EU citizens can use their national ID card.Everyone else still needs a passport.

Fly or ferry.

Yes.
Some airlines require passport or driving license while others e.g. bmi or BA do not ask for identification.
no
Much the same as it costs to fly from the US to Canada.
