Oftentimes, people will prepare a lot of meat and want to freeze some of the leftovers so they'll keep longer. Provided the ham is cooked and smoked, it should keep fine in the freezer for several weeks.
If it was Smoked Raw then frozen then cook once defrosted always.
If it was Smoked until its completely cooked, then frozen and defrosted that's fine it'll last a few weeks.
If you mean you got it fresh and want to know how long it will last in the freezer you've easily got a year to be honest, (i kept a gammon Ham for two years once, Nothing wrong with it; guaranteed tastier and more tender than the day i bought it) supermarkets say three month maximum but that's idiotic. just remember over time in the deep freeze it'll get saltier!
Hope that answers it!
