No. You can only get it from having sexual intercourse, sharing needles, or even crack pipes (because they cause blistering on the mouth, so this can cause pipe sharers, even some marijuana pipe sharers, to be more at risk).
You can't get it by kissing, being spit on, licked, hugging, oral sex, urine, etc. You could probably drink this HIV positive person's urine, without concern. =)

AIDS blood must touch your blood for you to get AIDS. Usually it's transmitted through tiny tiny microscopic injuries in your genitals. Regular touching can't transmit AIDS.
