I am from Philadelphia and was a commercial truck driver for over 18 years. If you have 2 DUI's you CAN'T ever get a CDL! It is very hard to get a CDL if you have one DUI. With the economy still in a recession with high unemployment, it is not easy to get a job in trucking. There are more drivers than freight nationwide. If your MVR is not clean, you will be at a strong disadvantage. The trucking companies are cherry picking anybody they want now-they are in the driver's seat!
You can get the CDL. Finding employment with two DUIs on your record will be the problem.
You can, but with two DUIs on record, it's going to be rough trying to find employment.
No, you can't get a Kansas CDL with one DUI, let alone two. It sounds like those two DUIs were picked up pretty close together also if you never had one before. If you are serious about keeping your CDL you should call an attorney about it immediately.
You can get a CDL. But you'd better have a lot of time between your last conviction and the present - I'm talking a decade or more - if you expect anyone to even think about hiring you.
You can get a CDL, but those two DUIs are going to make it very difficult for you to find employment as a CDL driver. Employers generally look down on that sort of thing, even if seven years have passed.
Yes, you can get a CDL. Finding employment with multiple DUIs on your record can be a little difficult, however. If you don't have at least seven years between your last conviction and the present, you'd probably be better off finding something else to do.
You can get a CDL. The difficult part will be finding employment.
You can, but nobody will hire you.
The Pennsylvania firefly is one of the two state insects of Pennsylvania. The common firefly is a state insect of Tennessee.
Sure, you can get a CDL. Whether you'll be able to find employment in the industry is another matter, however.
You can get the CDL. Don't know how well you'll fare hiring employment, though. Especially if your most recent CDL was within the past seven years.
No, New York and Pennsylvania are two separate states. Pennsylvania is a Commonwealth.
