There is a difference between felony arrest and felony conviction. Assuming conviction is what we are looking at, unless a Class 4 cannibus or prostitution, the answer is no. There is a pardon that can be had from the Governor - lots of luck. There are some other things that may have been possible involving a particular kind of probation if it involved something called 410 probation or TASC probation.
