No because disability income is considered unearned income so therefore there is no amount to base a refund of a return... I have done taxes for 7 years and I am certified through the IRS as a professional tax preparer. Any disability monies that are received are not taxable so a return should not have to be filed unless of certain conditions that are often rare.
