You can not get an infection if you change your pads often. Just, be sure when you have a heavy period change often as 1 hour, if your period is light you can change every hour an half or so. And, make sure you keep clean.

- dont shower or bathe daily
- wipe front to back
- use strong scented soaps
- if discharge is itchy
If you feel like you have a infection because of a a pad, Try a new brand. If the same problem happens again tell a Adult that you NEED to see a family doctor right away!
