Yes you can but it will probably depend on the nature of the prior claims, Weather related claims will typically not effect your ability to obtain coverage while other non-weather related types of claims might.

The only way to find out is to ask them. Claims frequency and amounts will probably effect your ability to purchase a homeowners policy with any company as much as just with State Farm. Claims information is shared through vendors to all insurance companies.
