Yes you can but it can only be people who stay in your hotel room not people like Mamma Hogg, Tristan Legend, Honest Jackson, Jebediah Jerky etc. What you have to do is be really close with the person and they'll call you one day and ask you to shower them with gifts and complements go to their room and romance them then your have a gold ring on your finger but he won't live with you or anything and it's only happened to me once.
