It can reactivate in someone without any symptoms and be passed to others.

Glaciers years ago made a sea there and the sea eventually flowed out and left chains of lakes mono being one of them. mono has a lot of salt in it so brine shrimp are its main food web. people are taking water out of mono and posing a threat to the ecosystem there. the animals are dying. help out by using less water around the house
