So if you want to connect to internet free of charge anywhere, anytime, you should buy the Kindle 3G+Wifi version, and it comes at the price $189. However, if you could easily find a free Wifi connection such as in the coffee shop or in your work office, you might consider the Kindle 3 Wifi only version as it come at a lower price $139.

Experimental web browsing is free to use over Wi-Fi. The experimental web browser is currently not available for some customers outside the U.S."

So, yes, you can browse the Internet on your Kindle.
