Don't give up hope, You can still fall pregnant with cysts on the cervix. however in some cases you may find it difficult to conceive even if only the smallest thing is wrong.
For example: My wife had endometriosis and we tried to fall for many years with no luck before a specialist recommended surgery & we are now expecting a little girl.
It's recommended to see a specialist so that they can pin point the problem & discuss your options

They say it's "butter soft" when you are pregnant...
Your cervix opens and closes slightly throughout the month, and you cannot do anything to stop it or help it. You can get pregnant at any time that you do not use birth control and that sperm are present. You cervix is a few inches inside of your vagina, and if you are lying on your back, it is 'above' your fingers inside of you. Perhaps you mean if you open your vagina? You actually need sperm present from a male to become impregnated. You cannot become pregnant without a male's sperm present in your vagina. But it only takes a single sperm, so if a male has touched his penis, and then touches your vagina, then it is POSSIBLE to get pregnant.
That happens every month when you menstruate or if you've had an abortion and it comes back every month. And yes, you can because the sperm fertilize the egg in the fallopian tube, not the uterus.
