Don't worry - 30 minutes and even 2-3 hours difference does not make reduce the effectiveness of pills. It is still considered that you used pills correctly and regularly. But if you miss pills for 1-2 days - it could reduce the effectiveness from 98% to 60-70%.
If you take the morning after pill hours early, you will still be protected against pregnancy but I would suggest that you perform a pregnancy test in 2-3 weeks.
With regard to Birth Control pills, you need to of been on this medication for over 4 weeks before you are protected against pregnancy.
It depends on what type of pill you are on. If you are on a combined hormone pill (one that has two different hormones in it), then probably not. With combined hormone birth control you have a grace period of around 6-12 hours, actually, so you're probably fine.
However if you are on the mini-pill, or a progesterone only pill, then yeah, you can get pregnant. Progesterone only pills are MUCH more time-sensitive. You can't mess up with those.
If you were taking the mini-pill (or the progesterone only pill), then use a backup birth control method for the next seven days to ensure that you are still protected against pregnancy. Might not be a bad idea to use a backup method for a week no matter which pill you were taking, just to be on the safer side of things.
You will not increase your chances of conceiving if you take the morning after pill one hour late.
Yes you can.
15-30 minutes
30 minutes i guess theres only 30 minutes in an half-an-hour.
Yes it is possible. If you are worried you might be pregnant for about $16 - $30 you can get the morning after pill from the chemist without prescription. The morning after pill can be taken 72 hours after unprotected sex. The morning after pill is not an abortion pill and will not do anything if you are already pregnant - it will prevent you becoming pregnant, the same way the pill would if you took that.
They will last an hour or 60 minutes.Working it outTake the first pill when the doctor gives the pills to you, take the second pill 30 minutes after that, and the third pill 30 minutes later.
30 minutes
Yes. No problem.
This depends on your system and how fast the pill disolves and your body absorbs it. Even so a pill should be in your system in 15-30 minutes.
This varies in every women. It's best if you stick to the same time everyday but take the pill no later than 4 hours.
After the second pill, Misoprostol, it can start after 30 minutes or longer. It's individual. It can then take 5-6 hours or a few days.
Yes, up to the 9th week you can get a prescription from the doctor for Mifepristone in combo with Misoprostol.
