You can. It makes it harder to become pregnant since the cycles are so off balance. But, it is indeed possible. Some women bleed throughout their entire pregnancy and go off to deliever a healthy baby.

∙ 15y agoIf you have irregular periods, you can still get pregnant. Unfortunately the only way to tell if you were ovulating (other the over-the-counter tests) is by having a period 14 days later...by then it is too late. So you can skip your period for 3 months strait, then ovulate and get pregnant without warning, and then you won't get your period because you are pregnant and not know for many months.
