No. You can't. The only way to get pregnant is to have unprotected sex around the time a woman ovulates or releases an egg. About 15 days from the start of her cycle or the first day after her last period. However LOTs and Lots of people can tell you they got pregnant when it should have been safe. So either don't have sex or use protection EVERY TIME.
