No. When your tubes are tied, your body stop eggs from dropping down into your uterus from your fallopian tubes. When an egg is in the uterus it can be fertilized by a sperm and make a baby. Having your tubes ties is 100% effective contraception, But i am pretty sure its reversible if you later decide you want kids.

∙ 10y agoThere is an extraordinarily slim chance that someone with their fallopian tubes tied off can have them re-grow together and therefore get pregnant, but this is extremely rare. The general answer is no.
The chance of pregnancy following tubal ligation (burning, cutting, clipping, tying) is very small - but since our body's are designed to heal - it occasionally happens.
If you think you may be pregnant take a HPT, as the chance of ectopic pregnancy is slightly higher in a pregnancy following tubal ligation.
Some women develop Post Tubal Ligation Syndrome, caused by hormonal imbalance - this would account for the symptoms of pregnancy. LINK below

∙ 14y agoyes, there is a possibility that they can regrow themselves. i know someone that got pregnant after having that done. i, myself has had them cut and tied for 2.5 years now and i am feeling that way. my period was nothing like it has been. i have done 2 h p test and a blood test(negative) but i feel something moving inside me. i had a breast reducction done almost 1 yr ago.

∙ 12y agoYour tubes can become untied, or there is a chance of becoming pregnant in the fallopian tube, which results in a miscarriage. Use back-up protection always, just to prevent it, since it can cause complications for the female as well as the unborn baby.
