In our opinions, yes, it can seem as if officers pull over citizens for a reason that doesn't make sense to us. However, they are just doing their job. For all you know, they could be searching for an escaped convict who is driving a vehicle similar to your's, or a drug dealer has been spotted in your car type. Or it could be something more simple, such as they thought you were driving without a seatbelt, or you have a brake/headlight out.

Not necessarily, unless they have reason to suspect you stole it or are lying. That said, it'd be regarded with suspicion and will not make anythign easier for you.
You are less likely to get pulled over when it is on the passenger side, but you can still get pulled over for it.
It's women not woman, a woman is 1 lady, women is many ladies. and when they argue over stupid crap..they are being unreasonable

Yeah, if you didn't have your seatbelt on and you get another ticket if your pulled over too long.
The reason you are pulled over does not matter. If you have a suspended license, you can be charged.
suspect is the answer of suspicion (:
Reasonable is the opposite of unreasonable
