Crop down often, like when watching tv and texting, Get a backpack filled with heavy things, like books, and walk around for 10-15 minutes. Lift dumbbells over your head and do exercises with them each day. It is said this would help you within a week!

The person shrunk 10 cm (I cant count in inches).

Actually, yes you can. It is called height reduction surgery. I plan on getting it myself. However, you may want to have them take only about an inch off so it isn't too noticeable. They'll cut your legs at either the shins, knees, or ankles. You will need to take a while to heal and you'll need laser scar removal surgery.
