It is often discussed in between dogowners whether or not dog can tolerate milk. Actually there are some dogs who tolerate milk well; while others cannot convert milkproducts. Most dogs which have not had milk since they stopped nursing will grow up to have milk intolerance and will get upset stomach/diarrhoea if they drink milk. Dogs don't need milk as adults, they drink water, but yoghurt can be a nice treat.

Goat's milk, or special dog or puppy milk bought from most stores is much easier on a dog's stomach and is fine to be given as a treat. But be careful not to give your dog any products made out of the USA or Canada. Harmful chemicals and preservatives can be found in those manufactured in lesser developed country.
