Yes, so long as they are not raw or bleeding. If they are, and even if they aren't, take great care, and be sure to clean them and put any cleaning solution (e.g. antibacterial soap, etc) on them afterward. Pools aren't always the cleanest.
go to the ear doctor.
Yes, I got my ears pierced a few days ago and the day after I went swimming, there doesn't seem to be a problem.
they don't

If your child is gauging their ears it will heal back if they do not go past a 0'0 gauge.
I don't think that exists. If you don't want your ears to be stretched anymore, you'd have to get them repaired. Depending on where you live, you can either go to a piercer with experience with suturing ears back or go to a cosmetic surgeon. The stickers you're talking about are for 18ga ear piercings that are saggy from wearing heavy jewelry :)
They have thick ears for when they are swimming in the water to keep the insides dry and to keep there ears warm.
You don't get them pierced that big it's called stretching, you need them pierced first. If you wanna get your ears stretched start with a small 1mil nn go up i will warn you that it does hurt
Yes. Although I would suggest taking out your plugs/tunnels/tapers. Especially if your diving off of a diving board because the force of the water as you go under will tear the jewelry right out of your ear. I wouldn't suggest taking out jewelry from a fresh new stretch as there is a chance your ears will shrink up a little after swimming, so just leave the jewelry in but take it easy in the pool. You shouldn't have any problems with stretched ears that are already healed, the jewelry can be taken out. My ears are stretched to 1" 1/4 and I've never had any problems. I'm no professional but just going off of personal experience. Hope I helped some.
Try bodyartforms.com they have a pretty good selection. Also, you dont have gauged ears. They're stretched.
you can clean them with a qtip and peroxide, or with antibacterial soap and warm water.
Lots actually. Most of them you can find have their ears stretched.
