No. A divorce is the dissolution of a legal marriage. You are not married to your parents.
As regards What?
Sure. Each state is part of a federal government and marriage, wills, other documents are recognized by other states as valid. Otherwise everyone would have to go to each state to have a marriage, divorce, or death certificate enforced.
No.
Evidently nothing. They filed for divorce on June 22nd 2009, and the divorce was finalized later that year.
It depends on where you marry. In Illinois, if you have been married multiple times, you are only required to give the number of marriages, and the exact month day and year of how the last marriage ended. You will also have to know the state and county the marriage ended in.
If the minors' parents consent they can get a marriage license.
A default divorce usually means that the court date came without the other spouse (the one who didn't file the paperwork) responding or appearing. It takes the same amount of time as a regular divorce. If you're asking about how long it has to be before you can file for a divorce because of desertion, in Illinois it's one year.
Depending on where you live, you can get the marriage annulled. Good Luck!
I do not believe that you can. It has to be a mandatory 1 year before you can get officially divorced in NC. Even if the divorce is uncontested.
According to Missouri divorce laws; you may request a no-fault divorce. All that is required is the statement of an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage. There is no mention of a mandatory separation prior to filing. You will have to be separated for a year.
