Yes. A seizure is caused when electrical impulses from the brain to the muscles are interrupted. When someone gets hit hard enough, it can cause an interruption in the brains electrical function resulting in a seizure. Many boxers, MMA fighters etc. have seizures as a result of knockouts.

yes my mother hit her head when she was little and started having seizures when she was 18 and she has not had one in 4 yrs.
