Generally, if you got a speeding ticket, you're not going to get out of it. If you admitted guilt to the officer, you're almost guaranteed not to get out of it. If you go to court, and the officer shows up (if he doesn't, you may get out of it, but that's not guaranteed) and says "he admitted that he was speeding", you're toast.
