This more or less depends on if the warrants are for failure to appear. If that's the case this may be picked up by police or Immigration officials who may deny you a visa. However most misdemeanor warrants are municipal and are not entered into the NCIC (National Criminal Information Computer).
(in the US) With the increasing random background checking of passenger manifests (especially of foreign flights) it IS possible that you could be arrested, or detained, if your name showed up in the database check.
You can FLEE the country in an effort to avoid them, but in this day and age, if they run your name off the passenger or passport list, they may find your name if it has been entered into the interstate warrant system.
"You pays your money and you takes your chances!!!"
techically you can leave the country, but you would be adding a charge of evation.
yes you can if the warrant is not for you if the warrant is for you then no you cannot because you shall be know as being on the run.
Yes, you will probably be arrested when you return.
You can try, but when they run your name and/or passport they are going to find out you are a wanted person and arrest and detain you.
no
I wouldn't recommend it...
If you miss a court date in the state of Victoria Australia there will be a warrant issued for your arrest. When a warrant is issued for your arrest you must appear before a judge before you can leave the country.
Sure. It just might be a while before you can actually use it. The answer is somewhat right! Yes you can get a passport with a warrant out for you. The only way you wouldn't be able is if your name is in the central name check system. Now the only way it would be in their is if a law enforcement officer requested it. So if for example you committed a murder then mostly its in the system but if you have a warrant for lets say a probation violation or a fail er to appear then you will be fine. The only thing is if your fly into the state you have the warrant in then you may get stopped at the airport that's a 50/50 chance!
Yes you have to have a passport when you leave the country.
If you leave your country of residency, you need a passport - everywhere.
The passport that you obtained to enter the country is the same one that you need to exit the country.
as soon as you have it in your hand you can leave the country.
Only if you plan to leave the country in which you live.
He should be able to leave as long as he has his passport from that country.
You can fly anywhere within the borders of your current country.
The warrant will remain active until you return to the court issuing it and get it recalled. If you cross the border or attempt to leave the country, you may find that the authorities discover the warrant and arrest you on it.
No, I do not believe that you have to still by one to leave the country.
