No- bone marrow is the source of all your red blood cells (which carry oxygen), platelets (which help clot your blood) and white blood cells (which fight infections). Although you can replace your red cells and platelets with blood transfusions, you cannot replace your immune system, so you would contract infection after infection, and eventually that would lead to death. A condition that causes this would be aplastic anaemia.

no you can not live with out your bone marrow. the reason why--> it is responsible for the production of red blood cells, if you dont have any red blood cells you dont have any blood in your body which will make it impossible for any human to live.

No you could not live without bones because your calcium would have nowhere to go, eventually overloading your body. Also, we could only consume soft solids and fluids because teeth are a form of bones made up of enamel and calcium. To dumb it down, no you cannot live with bones.
