It depends on how you cooked it. If it's just a grilled chicken leg then 3 or 4. But if your eating a fried chicken leg then it would be 8 or 9. The points go up because of all fat in the grease, regardless if you took off the skin.

Most fast food restaurants have some variation of a grilled chicken sandwich. Take the grilled chicken, with no mayonnaise (use ketchup and mustard instead), a small french fries, and a diet soda. Or, you could just order whatever you want. Splurging on just ONE meal doesn't make a difference to your diet.
