It's healthier to eat fruits than snacks or chips.. also water is the best supplement for your body than energy drinks or sodas, but no these will help you lead a better body system but now loose weight. Continue this and exercise and you will find diffrences.

Of course you can lose weight this way, but it's extremely unhealthy. Aside from a severe restriction of calories needed to conduct daily activity, you;d become nutritionally deficient very quickly. That would make it hard to keep up such a rigorous exercise routine. Also, numerous studies show that such rapid and unhealthy weight loss will ultimately lead to regaining that lost weight and more. Find a sensible eating plan that serves all your dietary needs, work exercise into it and you'll be fine. In fact, if you eat the right foods, you'll find you can eat a good deal and still lose weight.

Hello everyone, I am going to prove 2 you that you can live a whole month on just bananas. I started only eating bananas on Feb. 2. The day after the Super Bowl and plan to last until the end of the first day in March. I have been drinking water but only eating bananas. I am currently on day #5. When I reach my goal I will make sure you know if I made it or not. I feel great right now and hopefully I will the rest of this month. No just by eating bananas you will not lose weight your body needs more than that. Doubt it but you would have an awefully high potassium level. Yes, because you'll be dead if you only eat bananas. You're going to become borderline malnourished before the month is up. Bananas are not particulalrly high on protein, or vitamins.

Possible ailments from malnutrition are scurvy, beri-beri, rickets and kwashiorkor. All of these are unusual nowadays, but if you're determined enough to avoid eating a sensible balanced diet, they can still happen to you.

Bananas can help you to lose weight, but they don't make youu lose weight. Bananas fill you up, and also slowly release energy, so could have a banana 1 hour or so before going for a run and it would help keep your energy levels optimimum throughout your run.

Maybe at first, but not in the long run. Bananas are about 120 calories each and are generally considered a healthy food, but a diet based around bananas would leave you short other significant nutrients, and soon enough your metabolism would be affected. There is no single food that can carry a diet completely on its own, and unless advised otherwise by a doctor it's best to eat balanced meals.
