Sure can! Go to the gym and talk over a training program with them. I use pressure exercises to keep my legs in shape. The exercises where you sit back and press weights. Working with weights will strengthen your muscles and muscle weighs a lot. I eat a well balance diet as well and protein is essential. Give it a try, you may really like it and it doesn't take long to see the results.

well i have the same problem, i cant wear leegings or tight jeans. the way to make them bigger is put weight on then do squats a bout 20 a day in about 1 month you legs will be toned and ready for the summer shorts:)
I think you should wear jeans if you have skinny legs maybe some jeans might fit fat legs i don't know but I do think that you should wear jeans because I usually wear trackys but now I wear jeans.

Exercise doesnt always get your legs skinny. It can build up muscle making it seem fat even though its just muscle. to make it skinny, u need 2 stretch properly b4 doing ANY exercises and do them rite. it will also get u mor flexable. do a sport or marsial art, like me and u will hav model legs in less than a year. u still need 2 work ur legs out. no sitting on a couch all day! get up and stretch then do somthin! it worx

As you continue into following weeks, increase the sets and decrease the reps until you get to about 6 sets of 3 reps. At that point, repeat from the beginning (2 sets of 12-15 reps) but this time, you should be able to use more weight.Make every other day be cardio, as well, to increase the toning of the legs.

Yes doing squats will make the rear end bigger. There are also other exercises that will make the rear end bigger such as hip thrusts and glute bridges.
