∙ 11y agoI honestly don't know if you even can create your own Nazi Zombies map. I've been trying since I got the 1.7 patch. I think you have to go to Call of Duty.com and download a mod to do that. The link is mentioned below.
You can also download new patches that can get you maps like Der Riese, Shi No Numa, ans Zombie Verruckt!"
