Yes. You need to go to the License place in your city and get a proxy sheet. You send into your loved one and they fill out and have it notarized. Then you take that sheet back to the license place and they will give you a certificate. Fill out your portion and send into your loved one to fill out their portion. In the State of Colorado you are allowed to marry yourselves, without an officiant. Once they fill out the license then either you or they can send it in to the county clerk and it will be filed and sent to whichever address you tell them to. When you get it back send a couple copied to your loved one so they can have one and the prison will take one to keep on file. Super easy.
