No. All broken bones are at least a local contraindication when acute. You should wait until the sub-acute phase which will be about six weeks after the break. Then you may start out with light massage.
You should go to your doctor or to the emergency room. An X-ray will have to be done to determine whether or not your hand has been fractured.

you massage it with your hands, and you can squeeze them really hard, and you move you hand in circular motions, and you can massage it with your mouth by sucking on them :)
if your scaphoid is fractured then just be careful to not bend your hand back or use that hand to get up. my wrist is splinted right now for a scaphoid fracture--ow!
